As of 2026, three Blue Line stations are operational: Bhootnath, Zero Mile, and New ISBT (Patliputra Bus Terminal) — spanning 3.6 km. These are all elevated stations on the eastern section of the Blue Line. Malahi Pakri and Khemni Chak (5-station stretch, 6.20 km) were targeted to open by early 2026.
Phase 1 has two interchange stations where Red and Blue Lines meet: Patna Junction (Bihar's main railway station) and Khemni Chak. Passengers can switch between the Red and Blue Lines at either of these stations.
